9.1 Shop (Handmade Goods)

• Delivery: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, as all goods are handmade. Occasionally, materials may need to be ordered, which may cause slight delays.

• Returns and Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for damaged goods only. To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not offer refunds for items that are not damaged.

 

9.2 Psychic Readings, Reiki Healing, and Life Coaching Sessions

• Booking: You must schedule your session within 1 week of purchase. This applies to psychic readings, reiki healing sessions, and coaching sessions.

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule a maximum of 2 times. After that, you will need to book and pay for a new session.

• No-Show Policy: If you miss a session without proper notice or exceed the rescheduling limit, you will forfeit the session and no refund will be provided.

 

10. Termination

We can stop you from using our site or services at any time, for any reason, especially if you break these Terms.
